Each Company associated with us is either an independent Franchisee or Independent Operator whilst also being part of a nationwide network. They are expected to operate within strict guidelines designed to protect you the service user in the Walsall area. Contractually speaking your arrangement is with the building maintenance operator whose services you accept here in Walsall. Responsibility and/or liability remains with them, and they are required to have full public liability insurance. You can rest assured that should there ever be a cause for concern or complaint, we offer a full investigation and arbitration service.
